Returns, Alterations & Refunds

Because each piece is cut and stitched to your measurements, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. But we want every piece to fit you well.

Alterations

If something doesn't fit as it should, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Where the issue comes from our stitching, we'll alter the piece for free.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing photo or video. We'll repair, remake or refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before we cut the fabric. After cutting has started, the advance is non-refundable, because the fabric has been cut to your size.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
