These terms apply when you order from SHEEL by Saima Khaleel ("SHEEL", "we") through this website, WhatsApp or Instagram.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we have agreed on the design, price, measurements and timeline, and we've received your advance payment. Please check the measurements you share. Pieces are made exactly to them.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The final price depends on fabric, lining and customisation, and is confirmed with you before you pay. All prices are in Indian Rupees.

Colours and handcraft

Hand-block printed fabrics carry small variations in print and colour. They're part of the craft, not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

Care

Our fabrics are pre-washed. For best results, hand wash or use a gentle cycle in cold water, and dry in the shade.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
